In the event that you are moving and need to stop your old service and start a new one, or you are new to Barrie Hydro's service region and simply need to start a new connection, here's what you need to do.

Please CONTACT US and ask for a Customer Accounts Representative.  

Please try to call a minimum of 48 hours ahead of time and have the following information ready:

· Your New and Old address
· The FINAL DATE of service required
· And the NEW phone number
